# 4.3 TURNCOIN TOKENOMICS

**There is a finite amount of 1 Billion TurnCoin which *****cannot be increased, or decreased.***

**45% of TurnCoin is Tradable**, to be distributed to the TheXchange’s; investors, promoters, partners and service providers.

**55% of TurnCoin is Non-Tradable**, permanently locked and owned by TheXchange. The purpose of the locked TurnCoin is to fund Global philanthropy and finance the ongoing; development, management, operations and global expansion of TheXchange & VirtualStaX.
