# 2.4.1 BaseStaX
Cada emissor de StaX recebe 100.000 BaseStaX para serem negociados via StaX.app no TheXchange.
Depois de lançar o BaseStaX de um emissor, 50.000 são vendidos por meio de um leilão on-line holandês global de 10 dias.
