在推出发行人的 BaseStaX 后，50,000 个通过为期 10 天的全球荷兰在线拍卖售出。该机制决定了您的 BaseStaX 在二级市场上交易的起始价格。随着发行人职业生涯中达到某些里程碑，余额会随着时间的推移而释放。
